Toronto police say a motorcyclist is in life-threatening condition following a crash on the DVP early Friday.
Emergency crews were called to the DVP near Gerrard Street at around 1:20 a.m.
Police said a 26-year-old man riding a Suzuki motorcycle was going northbound on the DVP when he lost control and had struck the guardrail.
They said the rider was travelling at a high rate of speed and lost control.

Police said the man was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries due to the crash.
The northbound DVP was closed for the investigation but has since reopened.
